Amazing stay with our grandson

Have just returned from a 2 night stay we had a great time Karen and Paul were absolutely amazing we took our 7 year old grandson with us and he also loved it breakfast was amazing with something for us all and the rooms were absolutely spotless we would like to thank Karen and Paul for making our stay so good thank you both we hope to return next year with our newest grandson xx

Excellent traditional B&B

Just returned from a one night break and got to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Karen & Paul certainly make you feel welcome. The room was small but clean and with all the facilities you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and cooked perfectly. A traditional B&B and would definitely recommend. We will return

Wonderful hosts and top class accommodation and food

June 2026. Our first time staying with Karen and Paul. Will definitely not be our last. From the moment we arrived Karen and Paul made us feel at home. They were were genuinely friendly and very welcoming. We are plant based and they were very accommodating even buying oat milk for us for breakfast. Birch Villa is lovely. Absolutely spotless and the rooms and beds are top notch. Karen and Paul even downloaded an App for us which helped us purchase a one day tram ticket which saved us a lot of money on potential taxi fares. They are lovely people who have an extremely high number of people who return to stay with them. We will definitely go back to them next time we are in the area. “BIRCH VILLA” Blackpool’s B&B a Gem, a must to Stay here and be Spoiled.

So,So glad the internet was surfed and with so many B&B’s of choice THIS WAS the BEST CHOICE.
“BIRCH VILLA” From our meet & greet at the Door KAREN & PAUL. Share their Home hospitality 110%. Nothing is too much or great to fulfil your/our needs. Comfy warm Room, lovely comfy Bed. Just perfect for our stay at “BIRCH VILLA.”
KAREN & PAUL OFFER THEIR HOME TO GUESTS and make sure you are more than Welcome.
Breakfast was a delight meticulously prepared by Karen and presented by Paul. Enjoying our delicious Breakfast and asked if all was well or needed anything more. We Look forward to a return visit to this Blackpool Gem. Thank You Hosts - Heather & Bill fae Scotland.

Book Birch Villa - you won’t be disappointed.scoured the internet for somewhere to stay for the darts with my lad and found here. 2 min walk to the tram stop and a 5 min walk to the pleasure beach . Managed to find on street parking close by. Room cosy and spotlessly clean . Beds comfy. Tasty breakfast . Friendly and informative hosts . When I’m back in Blackpool I’m booking this place again!
