Great Hotel
Great location, just around from Coral Island and the main promenade, staff are always friendly and helpful, stayed here before and have book to come back again

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I'm shocked by the hygiene of this hotel! The room from the first day all dirty! Inside the shower there was hair from the previous gentlemen, dirty towels.
The water was boiling with the risk of burning! Dust everywhere, broken sheets and dirty and non-working radiators...Amazing all this!

To be avoided
There were two of us and the room was very small, without shelves and with a tiny bathroom. Upon arrival we immediately noticed that it had probably not been cleaned for months: we had to dust ourselves. The carpet down-shower had shoe prints and hair, there was dirt everywhere. In the bathroom there was not even a mirror and the sheets were dirty and dirty.
We pointed out the situation at the reception: we were told that the rooms are cleaned every three days, but the only thing that was done on the third day was the replacement of the bathroom carpet. Otherwise, no cleaning of the room.
We requested a refund for the last two nights in order to change hotels, but were denied. In the end we left the hotel one day early anyway because it was unthinkable to stay another night.

⚠️ Very negative experience
We found the room in unacceptable condition: stained sheets and towels, dirty floors, dust everywhere, broken curtains and bathroom in very bad condition.
The water was so hot that it could not be used and the radiators did not work. In addition, an electrical outlet seemed potentially dangerous to us.
We reported the situation several times and were told that they would carry out a thorough cleaning, but nothing has changed.
We were offered a change of room, but even the alternative did not seem adequate. The situation has reached the point where the police have asked us to leave the facility or return to the room.
We asked for clean sheets and towels, but those provided were still not usable.
In the end we were forced to leave the hotel and pay for another accommodation out of our own pockets, without receiving any refund.
This has been our experience.

Disappointing Experience Due to Large Group Booking
We stayed at this hotel for four nights as a family and chose it specifically because it had a bar where we could relax in the evenings after a day out, rather than taking the children back out.
Unfortunately, throughout our stay it was almost impossible to get a seat in the bar. There was a large group booking that seemed to take over the hotel’s bar and communal areas every evening, leaving very little space for other guests. It was really disappointing, as one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was to be able to unwind there as a family before bedtime.
I also have health conditions that mean I need to sit down and rest regularly, especially after being out during the day. Having nowhere to sit in the evenings made this particularly difficult and took away what should have been a relaxing end to each day.
The staff were friendly and polite whenever we spoke to them, so we have no complaints about the service. However, it felt as though the hotel was primarily catering to the large group rather than considering the comfort of its other guests.
Overall, while the staff were pleasant, our experience was let down by the lack of available seating and facilities for regular guests. If the hotel is hosting large group bookings, it would be helpful to ensure there is still adequate space and consideration for everyone else staying there.
