Great staycation

Absolutely delightful place. Lovely luxurious room, clean, comfortable. All facilities available
Breakfast delicious, friendly.
Tracey is a very welcome host, very helpful. Will definitely return.

Overall a good stay.

Stayed here for a weekend recently. Lovely little b&b, but a little too far out for us, as I suffer from hip issues. Tracey is a very friendly lady, but very talkative. Perhaps too talkative at times. Room was spacious, with a king sized 4 poster bed which was soo comfortable. Shower was a decent size with plenty of room to move around when showering. Hot water was plentiful. Only had breakfast one day. But oh my god her homemade american style pancakes were out of this world. Absolutely amazing. Only negative was having to wait outside for 45 minutes as we were early and there was nobody there to book us in.

The owner was super welcoming and nice, and the property brings you right into town so nothing is too far. A great stay.

Lovely room and owner Tracey. Didn't have breakfast and no evening meal offering, I think due to occupancy. Couple of nice bars close evanescent and McGrath's (I think)

Average but comfortable hotel

Stayed at this welcoming bed and breakfast on Cocker Street. The rooms were practical and served the purpose for what we were in Blackpool for. The best part of the room were the mattresses as these were very comfortable. The landlady, Tracey, was very friendly but extremely talkative which was a little off putting at times, especially whilst trying to eat breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay, but please tone down how much you talk, as not everybody likes this.
