Very good entertainment and food was excellent only negative was the lifts were not working to go to room so had to walk three fights of stairs

Never returning

Stripped the bed for housekeeping and what I found was absolutely disgusting bedding, poo stains on the mattress protector horrible stain on the actual duvet, hairs on the pillow and a filthy windowsill

Make sure you take insurance when booking

Be careful when booking this hotel, their terms and conditions clearly state "If for reasons beyond your control you do need to cancel, you must tell us straight away so that we may attempt to re-let your room and minimise your loss." however, when my mum passed away, not only did they refuse to refund us her deposit (more than a month's notice on the booking) they initially refused to communicate with me, repeatedly denying receiving my emails, until I attached a delivery receipt. And I had to Facebook message them before they told me they couldn't discuss the booking with me due to GDPR because I was not named on the booking. Regardless of me being the legal next of kin. Also, recieved no response on WhatsApp.

Perfect location between central pier and south pier.. lovely atmosphere about the hotel.. rooms very good and clean but obs don’t expect 5*.. great value, we stayed bed breakfast evening dinner…. Wee negative if it is one too much food on plate BUT you can Q for buffet and choose how much you want.. staff not one negative to say .. bed wee bit hard.. just our preference … shower to die for amazing…. 100% recommend this hotel..

Steve from reception

We recieved such a good service from steve on reception. We had an issue with our room and spoke to reception in the morning, unfortunately the issue was not fixed and we spoke to steve in the evening he came straight up and sorted the problem and ensured we had everything required. Amazing service from steve. Thank you steve.
