Great boutique hotel
Mark and his wife runs this great small boutique hotel that is at least one notch above anything else that we have seen in Blackpool. Comfortable rooms, albeit a bit on the warm side during the ongoing heat wave. Decent breakfast buffet. Great bar & lounge area where where we watched the football World Cup. Mark was really helpful with golf bookings.

Wonderful stay
We had such a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel. Everything was anticipated before we’d even thought of it, with lots of lovely little touches.
The room was very well appointed and immaculate. Everything felt fresh and well looked after, something a lot of other hotels could learn from. The location is great too, central enough to easily explore, but far enough away from the centre to be a bit more peaceful and not at all noisy at night.
The breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the chance to select what we wanted the night before, ensuring everything we hoped for was available. And what a choice it was!
But for us, the particular standout feature of our stay was the welcome we received and all of our interactions with Claire and the team. The service was warm, friendly and personable, making us feel truly welcome and valued as guests, with nothing too much trouble.
We would have no reluctance in recommending a stay here as excellent value. We very much look forward to another visit and wouldn’t consider anywhere else now when coming to Blackpool.

We had a wonderful stay here! The owners and colleagues were welcoming and personable. Room was so comfortable, bed was marvellous. Loved the little touch in the wardrobe for things you may need, really insightful thinking of everything. Coffee in room was great, great choices, lots of milk and four cups! Nice glasses with water and a fridge in the room. Didnt get to use the bath with bubbles but the bathroom had a tv, was great. Spacious room with a sofa and a great view of the coast. Breakfast was outstanding! We will be back, thanks so much.

Simply Amazing
We booked a two-night stay for my partner and me, and what an incredible find! This beautiful boutique hotel is truly a hidden gem in Blackpool.
In the past, I’ve often been disappointed with hotels in Blackpool, finding many of them tired, dated, or lacking attention to detail. This hotel was a complete breath of fresh air. It’s a genuine five-star boutique experience, tucked away at the quieter south end of Blackpool.
We stayed in the Four Poster Room, which was absolutely stunning. It featured a private outdoor terrace, an air-jet bath, a mini fridge, and lots of thoughtful touches, including a bedside remote that controlled all the room lighting. Every part of the room had been beautifully designed and finished to an exceptionally high standard.
The reception and bar area are equally impressive, with a luxurious feel throughout. Plush carpets, comfortable sofas, stylish modern artwork, and elegant décor create a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere.
Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection and high-quality ingredients. The owners were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference.
We would normally stay in St Annes when visiting the area, but after this experience, we’ll definitely be returning here instead. Thank you for such a wonderful stay—we can’t wait to come back!
