Pleasant stay with a warm welcome.

STAFF: Brandon was very welcoming. Informed us of evens happening in Blackpool over the weekend we were there and bars in the area. We bumped into him in a bar later on in the evening and was introduced to some of his friends. We were made very welcome.
CLEANLINESS: The hotel was exceptionally clean. and tastefully decorated.
FACILITIES: We had room 4 which was near the Sauna and Gym room. Sauna cabin was very clean and set at Hot although the temperature could be adjusted. There were numerous exercise equipment available as well as a multi-gym. The room also had a shower and fridge with numerous chilled drinks. (honesty box) Heated Jacuzzi located outside in the yard area.
The bedroom had a large bed with 4 plump pillows, table with kettle and a wide selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate drinks, biscuits, sweets. There was a small fridge with bottle of milk for the cereal and hot drinks. Two bottles of fresh orange juice and two bottles of water.
Two bedside units with multiple sockets, touch lamps with charging points and a QI charging pad which accommodates multiple appliances. There was a large TV and table.
LOCATION: Less than 5 minute walk from Blackpool North train station, 2 minute walk to Tram station and large Sainsbury's. Ample parking nearby (Pay and display) Near to nightlife but tucked away so no issues with noise from outside.
SLEEP QUALITY: The hotel was very quiet. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was warm. Notice in all bedrooms for guests to respect others regarding noise levels.
OVERALL: I could not fault this place or the owner. Excellent stay and well recommended.

Great Place to Stay

Last minute visit to Blackpool and booked this delightful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable room with everything that was needed for a weekend away.

Great place

This hotel is great comfy beds! Clean tidy and the lovely continental breakfast with restocked daily. I would recommend this place and will try stay again next time when I'm in Blackpool. Thanks for a great stay

Fantastic stay!

A perfect location for promenade, bars, restaurants and attractions. Spotlessly clean room. Lots of little extra touches to make the stay even better. Cannot fault Brandon for his welcoming attentive and friendly demeanour, Perfect host. Thank you
