Great place in the countryside to relax. Ideal for dogs.

Lovely modern dogs friendly self catering Mill Grange. Arrived with basket full of bread, snacks and drinks. Treats for our dogs too. Fully equipment with log burner and secured fields for our 2 labs. Nice and quiet place to relax in the countryside. Sally, the owner was very helpful with our queries. No need to drive too far as most places are within 30/45 minutes drive away. Alot of birds about including phesants and horses in nearby secured fields. Comfortable bed, very clean and good value for money.

Brilliant stay

Fantastic place to stay . We stayed in the mill granary and it was perfect from the moment we arrived to leaving .
Only thing I would advise is if you are taking a husky the secure dog field is not safe enough for this bread . Fence needs to be higher and secure at the ground level but this did not affect our stay . Will definitely return .

A little gem

Beautiful place to stay - gorgeous countryside surrounding the B&B, immaculate bedroom and owners who could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Generous continental breakfast with pastries, fresh fruit, cereal etc.

Idyllic rural stay with superb hosts

This is the perfect rural retreat. On arrival you are welcomed by Upper Letton's cats including Daisy and Wilfred. Inside the farm house the human welcome is just as friendly as proprietor Sally showed us to our Apple room. The bedroom is spacious, spotless, bright, clean and fresh. Looking through the windows there are glorious views with rolling fields and trees. Horses including a young foal frolicked in a field nearby while house martins and swifts swooped and soared outside. The bathroom is very spacious with a large bath and walk in shower.
We had a slight issue with our TV in the evening but Adrian dealt with it promptly. The bed was comfy and we both enjoyed a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast was plentiful with a variety of cereals on offer, fruit salad, yogurts, toast with a selection of marmalade and jams and pastries. I enjoy a cooked breakfast but I didn't miss it at all. The location of Upper Letton is perfect and only a short journey to Ludlow which we visited crossing the border into Shropshire. We also visited National Trust Property Croft Castle which was also a short journey away. There are great pubs nearby and we enjoyed meals at the Horse and Jockey in Knighton and The Royal George in Lingen. I recommend the rib eye steak. Superb. All in all it was a great stay at Upper Letton. The room price is excellent for the quality of room. Sally and Adrian are the perfect hosts and made our stay extra special. Andy and Kate.

Peace and quiet in the Shropshire countryside.

Not far from Ludlow in a beautiful farm. woodland setting, this quiet, peaceful farmhouse is an ornithologist's dream. Birds of every kind including woodpeckers, sparrowhawks, kites, owls that you just sit and watch. Enjoy the peace and quiet with a glass of wine, watch a sunset or an aurora as we did.
Breakfast is a large continental breakfast with cereal, pastries, fruit and coffee, the rooms are large and the king size bed really comfortable. We stayed three nights and would definitely stay again.
