Sunday Lunch

5* Sunday lunch. What a find. Ordered 2 sunday lunches, the food was delicous, staff were attentive and responsive. Food arrived hot and plentiful. We had a table in the lodge 101 which was cozy and the pizza oven looked amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definately be back!

Absolute disgrace

Room looked and smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned. Cobwebs everywhere, damp spores above the bed, pillows almost orange with stains, toilet extremely dirty with hair around the inside of the seat. Not acceptable
Travelled 5 hours from Scotland for our trip to Alton Towers with our 4 year old child . After checking in and viewing our room we asked to speak to the manager of hotel. He went up to view the room, his words ‘if you don’t want to stay with us that is fine, feel free to leave’ no empathy at all, no apology, so we had no other choice but to leave, 7.30 pm at night, 5 hours away from home with our 4 year old child. Absolute disgrace!

10/10 place to go in Cheadle

We went in for a bite to eat, and were impressed!
Food was amazing! Garlic dough balls were so crispy, yet fluffy! We had 2 different burgers (double huntsman and the BBQ pulled pork) and both were absolutely amazing! The buns were toasted perfectly, the burgers were topped with plenty of toppings!!
Service was wonderful, the staff are friendly and polite!
Also, Reggie the dog is a delight!

I wouldn't bother at all with this place! Whoever gives it good reviews must live in a pigsty!!!

It was absolutely disgusting and filthy.
We stayed 10 minutes then walked out.
Booking.com have been useless.
I have also filled a complaint form out and still nothing
Months have passed and no refund £90 for a 5 minute stay!
Booking.com are also waste of time, no help whatsoever.
Nobody call to sort it out and no response to a complaint I made
