Excellent

Just stayed in one of the lodges for 4 nights. Everything you needed, extremely clean, a small patio with table and chairs
Good location just about 20mim walk to Combe Martin from lodge. Places of interest nearby

Brilliant week

We were at 2 Manleigh Park
the accommodation was as described comfortable everything you needed for a weeks stay
The site staff were both friendly and helpful
If you enjoy watching wildlife we had everything from a Buzzard to woodpecker’s Sat on the decking i couldn’t fault the place
Brilliant week and would definitely come back
PS forgot to mention the whole village is 100% dog friendly

Great stay at Manleigh Park

We have been visiting Manleigh Park over many years and we love it here. The site is quiet and friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cabins/chalets are very clean. Just a short drive from Woolacombe Beach and Saunton Sands both dog friendly and great for children.
We always book direct through Charteroak.co.uk the communication is excellent, great value accommodation.

Do not use this company.

Absolutely appalling communication- I booked a holiday caravan in April 2026. After experiencing mechanical issues with my car over this weekend before I was due to travel. I messaged the property. Sykes don’t answer the phone.
They also don’t respond to WhatsApp messages or text messages both of which they recommend. Their chat facility doesn’t work along with their website booking.
When I did eventually manage to contact them on Monday 1st June 2026 the day I was due to go, after numerous phone calls to other sites, customer services etc; I was told to take it up with Booking.com as I booked through them as they cannot reschedule my booking.
Guess what Booking.com messaged me to say Manleigh Park has been messaged and as expected today Tuesday 2nd June 26, no written reply. In future I will not be using this awful outfit. My recommendation is to anyone reading this review. Do not use this company.
