DO NOT STAY HERE

Blood on bathroom door handles
leaking tap
mould in shower
flickering light in hallway
bedside locker light not working
bed not usual Premier Inn standard
reception hardly ever manned and when you check out they are all busy serving breakfast and cannot serve you when needed.
Bad night's sleep due to mattress and was so disgusted, I didn't bother with my booking for the next night. Worst premier I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot. Customer service is not worth the bother and do not want to hear your complaints, the lady I spoke to even suggested I have a cup of tea or coffee to relax me! I work in the tourism industry, in guest relations and this is not how you treat clients who have genuine complaints and photographic evidence.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Very disappointing

Premier Inn pride themselves on the comfort of their beds, indeed that is the main focus of their advertising campaign. We stay in Premier Inns a lot as we can rely on them to be of a good standard or so we thought! When we arrived in the room I was appalled by the state of the bathroom, the ceiling was peeling and the shower was dilapidated however, it did appear clean and I would have tolerated this. However, when we went to bed, the bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress was completely shot, we were rolling into the middle it sagged so much. I was in pain all night and could not sleep at all. When I mentioned this to the manageress, she apologised and said she would make sure that housekeeping turned the mattress! I found this unsatisfactory and have emailed guest relations. I await their response but feel that others should be warned. My back and neck are still hurting and I was fine before that night. Most unusual for a Premier Inn but unacceptable standard of accommodation, I would not recommend this hotel.
