Great guest house

This guest house is very convenient near to the sea front/pier and we were able to park on the road outside the property. It was very hot weather and we were provided with a fan. The owner of the property was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a very nice breakfast which was included in the price.

Could not have asked for more.

What an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The guest house itself was beautiful and welcoming, with such attention to detail throughout. The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious — one of the best we’ve had.
What truly made our visit unforgettable, though, was the incredible kindness and care shown by the hosts. Mark went above and beyond in a way we will never forget. His generosity, calmness, and willingness to help completely turned a very stressful situation into something so much more positive. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care so much about their guests, and it made all the difference to our stay.
We left feeling incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to recommend this guest house to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay. A truly exceptional place run by truly exceptional people.

Excellent Guest House

A warm welcome from Vicky on arrival and then we were shown to our lovely room - light and spacious and everything beautifully clean. We stayed for seven nights and the service was excellent for the whole stay. The breakfasts were delicious and the teas/coffees/biscuits/water in the room were topped up daily. We had clean towels regularly and the carpet was kept spotless. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spotless and very friendly owners.

My 1st time in a B&B and this place ticked all the boxes I can think of, warm welcome helped me with luggage to my room without asking (I am a pensioner), room was spotless and was made up every day with clean towels and tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was unbelievable with lots of choices. Vicky the owner could not have been more helpful.I will be returning again next year God willing. Quite a steep route into Cromer town from B&B glad I had my mobility scooter or would never have made it. (Not sure if you can store a scooter in the B&B) but my car is adapted for it.

Henry was amazing really attentive anything we asked for he sorted out h
He made my stay much better and much more pleasurable. The pints were lovely and service was impeccable, couldn't fault the gent at all. The hotel was lovely and great sea views
