Relaxing lunch . Great member of staff.

I must say myself and friends had a wonderful catch up and lunch with you yesterday. We all though our meal was amazing , Daniel made us feel so very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Thank you all. Daniel thank you for your intentiveness and welcoming way . Amanda

Mediocre Food

We ordered food and drink on the app using the 40% off voucher code. Our food came to the table after about 25 minutes which was fine but we hadn't received our drinks order (we were just going to the bar to ask as food arrived). The waitress that delivered our food sorted our drinks for us and was very apologetic - she offered to reheat our food as we had waited for our drinks and cutlery which was appreciated.
The food itself was mediocre (mac n cheese and a burger) and not really any different from what you'd get in a wetherspoons. Glad we had the 40% off because it wasn't worth £14.99.
Pub itself had a nice atmosphere, very convenient for the Travelodge down the road. Might stop by for a drink but wouldn't eat here again.

Great Overnight Stay

Sue & the Team are very engaging - could not do enough for me & made me feel so welcome
Even in this heat the bar area was airy & cool with an airflow through - food was very good pub grub & high quality

Just what we needed

The room was fine with everything you would expect, including a very comfy bed. The staff are always extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and there are some really great evening food deals.
