The hotel is very well located, right next to the University of Dundee and within easy reach of both the train station and the city centre. The room was spacious and airy, with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a great shower with plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi connection was also very good.
The staff were helpful and kindly stored my luggage after check-out, which was very convenient.
Overall, I had a very good experience and thought the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting the University of Dundee or looking for a convenient location in the city.

Ideal location.

The hotel location is 5-7 minute walk from the train station, so if location is key that's not a bad spot.
The room does the job, floor in the room I was in has a noticeable slant. If you are just there to sleep it's fine, it you want trimmings etc, it's not for you.
Staff very polite pleasant, I couldn't find my room key card, they replaced it without applying a fee

A bit poor. Need a lot of work as location is great!

Interior of the hotel is a bit run down, old tatty furniture, no hair dryer in the room - that should be standard in any hospitality establishment. Otherwise location is great with parking (chargeble) at the back yard.
Breakfast was decent with a lot of choices.
Staff are pleasant, but in overall we won’t stay here again.

Not the best

The hotel was a bit dated, the rooms were clean, the staff were rude and not very helpful. On Saturday night at 10.40pm the night manager just came into our room and said oh sorry I thought this room was empty. Not a great experience as we had locked the door but he used his master key. There is a lot of road noise and the guests banged every door in the hotel,

Bad experience
Canceled our room due to a flood but still sent an email saying they were expecting us
Completely unhelpful in finding new accommodations
Did not seem to care one bit
Sat in back parking lot trying to fine new accommodations and saw many rats running along back wall adjoining hotel
