Had a lovely 2 night stay here. It is in a very convenient location, just round corner from tram stop and 2 stops down from Murreyfield Stadium.
Apartment was very clean and tidy with good sized rooms.
My only suggestion is to put a full length mirror in apartment, as when going on a night out there is no way of checking appearance, the only full length mirror was by front door of building.

Not value for money

Stayed here recently and, unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the £100 price — more like £50 at best. The room décor is very outdated and in need of a refresh.
Check-in was unpleasant, filling in lengthy form and complicated, with three different codes given just to get in. The spare sofa bed wasn’t made up on arrival, which was disappointing.
Cleanliness was also an issue — the bedsheets and pillows didn’t feel clean, and there was mould around the shower beading (see photos).
The location is good, which is probably the only positive.
One thing to be aware of is the £100 deposit taken about 10 days before arrival. After check-out, I had to chase twice to get it refunded, which wasn’t ideal and felt unnecessarily inconvenient.
Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely not value for money.

I would recommend this hotel, with some notifications about it. The building is a little old and setup like an apartment, not a hotel. There is no elevator or parking (no parking near by either). The beds were very worn out but the space was functional. Small kitchenette. About 20-min walk from Old Town.

This is fine if you are a 20 something year-old who doesn’t care about where you stay. The bed was basically a fitted sheet over a cardboard box. That’s how it felt anyway. It was loud and you dodn’t have any temperature control. The body wash, etc. felt like it was dollar store quality watered down. We ended up leaving after one night when we had scheduled three it was worth $450 to go find someplace else for the next two nights.
