Great Location, Very Disappointing Rooms

The location of this hotel is really good and I do appreciate that staff refunded the remaining nights of our stay after we raised our concerns. However, the actual hotel rooms were honestly ridiculous and nowhere near the standard we expected.
The room layout itself was very strange and uncomfortable, with a see-through shower door directly next to the bed, the sink just out in the room itself and the toilet hidden separately behind another door. It felt more awkward than practical.
Our first room clearly had not been cleaned properly. The bottom bunk had been made, but the top bunk had no sheets on it at all and was covered in crumbs, alongside crumbs being left on the lower bed too. It genuinely looked like nobody had even attempted to clean it before check-in. Staff did move us to another room, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the second room was also dirty, with a used plaster left on the floor and a strange smell coming from the shower area.
As we had arrived around 10pm, we stayed the one night as we had little choice at that point, but we moved to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. Overall, really disappointing aside from the convenient location and staff helping with the refund.

in general, the room is clean but the blankets are not comfortable as feeling itch
The shower cube is not a good design that you have naked to go out to put on your clothes. Don’t go with those you’re not comfortable to naked in front of.

Tiny room, tiny single beds (sleeper train sized) noisy air conditioning. Poor value, even considering proximity to the airport.

Room very small, however good location, easy access to airport, tram stop right outside the hotel. Needs updating, floor appears very worn and needs a good deep clean. Staff very helpful and friendly

Cheap rooms, handy for the tram to Airport and city centre. Quiet enough. Expensive for food and drink. Reasonably priced parking.
