All round excellent stay. Staff were superb, friendly helpful and eager to please. Location was ideal and Edinburgh old town on the doorstep.

The location is convenient, although its centralness meant it was loud and touristy. We checked in late at night and the doors were locked, we had to wait for quite a bit until someone showed up. The hotel staff offered valet parking but they left my car on the curb past the bylaw hours, and I got a parking ticket as result. I was offered nothing in compensation. The rooms themselves are amazing, amenities are modern and everything's clean and nice.

Incredible hotel in the heart of it all! Hospitality at its best. People at every turn to offer help, answer questions and help with luggage. Great amenities such as breakfast, restaurants in hotel, beautiful fitness center and immaculate clean hallways and rooms. The complimentary water and coffee were appreciated as were the local Scottish treats available to buy in the mini bar. Being located on Victoria Street was dreamy. An absolute perfect hotel experience!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and the bed was insanely comfy. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

Everything about the hotel was great except the breakfast. For a 5 star hotel it should be much better. Not many choices , hard sausage, and awful potatoes. The best thing is the fresh eggs and omlettes the chef will make you fresh. Then I didn’t have a room number to charge my 20 percent discount to so I never received that.
