Mini break in Gargrave

We stayed at Old Hall Croft Barn for 3 nights and would have no hesitation in recommending it. It is a very attractive property which is beautifully maintained. Our room (the Penine Suite) was large and airy, equipped with everything you could possibly need., and has one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is spotlessly clean and modern, with luxury toiletries. Carol is the perfect host and cooks a delicious "full English" made with local produce and accompanied by her own home made bread (I got the recipe!). She is also a mine of information and recommended several places of interest locally. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be contacting Carol again!

A Little Gem

Lovely friendly host, nice room, plenty of space everything you need,very clean, lovely bathroom, good breakast, great location plenty of walking available, couldn't ask for anymore, would definitely recommend, excellent value for money.

This is our third visit, and unlikely to be the last. Carol is a warm and welcoming host, with a spotlessly clean home, comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast included. A great location to explore the Yorkshire Dales. Another 10 from us Carol, thank you.

Lovely bed and breakfast, well worth a stay.

Found this bed and breakfast on booking.com.
Booked a two night stay in a king bedroom.
We arrived to be greeted by our host who showed us to our room.
The room was very nicely painted with a very clean fresh decor.
Tea and coffee with a choice of biscuits on offer.
Bathroom looked new with a modern clean look.
Full enclosed shower which gave a very nice got shower.
Each room had its own keys and one for the outside door.
Breakfast was cooked fresh and was well presented.
Cereals and pastries were also on offer.
The host was always available and very accommodating with any requests we had.
All in all we enjoyed our stay at the old hall croft barn.
Well with a visit. Will return.

Excellent B&B excellent location

Excellent location , lovely warm welcome from Carol. Lovely room excellent freshly cooked breakfast plenty to choose from nice local produce . Fantastic location for a stroll in to the town , nice local pubs and restaurants
