Highly recommend

Lovely and clean. Enjoyable stay. Ian was helpful, offered lifts and gave us tips on things to do and where to park. Highly recommended

Simply The Best B&B

Superb surroundings, Fantastic host, Breakfast excellent and very fresh, Rooms extremely comfortable and spotless and Ian the owner was a total gentleman. He drove us to the nearest village to show us some magnificent buildings and even took us to Runcorn to surprise our son! Nothing was too much trouble for him!
I would definitely go back! Highly recommended for people who want to visit Liverpool but want to stay somewhere tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle. Everything is only an Uber drive away. There are not enough stars in the review to do this accommodation justice x

Highly Recommended!!

Fantastic customer service from Ian. Highly recommended. From free drinks on arrival to wonderful snacks and sandwiches at lunchtime at no extra cost!!! Cooked breakfast was good too. Accommodation is better than adequate and serves its purpose. The host certainly goes the extra mile.

Excellent b&b

My family and I stayed at the Brook barn b&b the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding.
I can honestly say that Ian was just the best host! There was nothing that was too much to ask for. He was so attentive and made us all feel really welcome! I would 100% recommend staying here for any occasion, Ian is really good with his guests and makes you feel really welcome. His cooked breakfast was really nice too. Thank you for a memorable experience for a memorable time in my life.

Wonderful B&B

Fantastic hosts, in a fantastic location! A Beautiful location to experience an English countryside. A picturesque setting, less than 10 minutes from Liverpool Airport, a wonderful home base for work or play.
