Beautiful Place !
We had an overnight stay in a Beautifully finished room , with an internal Slipper bath , the bed was super- comfy , and had a Fantastic meal at the "Kynd" to finish a very special birthday .
Staff are lovely , the Manor is superb in and out , there is a little bit of noise from the Airport but we didn't hear it in our room , it never was an issue for us .
It isnt the cheapest place of course , as you get what you pay for etc ,
But to us it was value for money as it was so nice ,

Spectacular wedding venue
Our daughter was married in church then afterwards at Hampton Manor , July 2026. Everything was very well run , the service excellent and all staff both friendly & professional.
The food was outstanding .
We had fizz and beers included (my only little gripe was paying £11 for 2x j20’s for my grandchildren )
The grounds are absolutely beautiful ,and very well maintained .
The bedrooms are gorgeous , we were in the Henrietta Maria room and it had a large free standing bath , lovely toiletries , separate shower , large comfy bed , tv & fridge - tea & coffee (grind your own beans )and 2 home made cookies - nice touch .
Will definately visit again & highly recommend .

Potentially really good
A former “ Care Home” located amongst trees and greenery- and the Birmingham airport flightpath- this hotel comes very close to delivering a real country house experience. The bedroom/bathroom-and public spaces are all beautifully decorated and maintained- they could not be faulted. Being really picky ( to be helpful, not critical) the staff lacked warmth but delivered and breakfast was limited but again it was everything we needed. That about sums up the hotel. It has everything you need and nothing more…….but I loved it because of that.
The Bakery was a unique concept in the grounds- very popular….and friends talk in glowing terms of Grace and Savour, the restaurant with rooms!
This hotel will get better and better….and I would encourage you to give it a try!

This hotel is now on our "favourite places to stay in the UK" list!
General - this was our first time at Hampton Manor and we absolutely loved our time there - so much so that we have already been telling some of our friends about it! Unfortunately we only booked one night as we were enroute from Norwich to a party in the Cotswolds the following day, but we will definitely be back in the future, probably for 2 or 3 nights.
Room - we were upgraded from a feature room to a suite, which was really generous and very much appreciated - thank you! The bedroom was really comfortable and the bedding was very high quality (duck down etc) with lovely fluffy pillows. The bathroom was spacious with good solid fixtures and fittings, and had a selection of my favourite "100 Acres" toiletries. There was fresh fruit & water in the room, as well as a tea & coffee making facility (which included fresh milk - thank you) and the homemade milk & white chocolate cookies were quite possibly the most delicious gooey cookies I have ever had in my life. The room has air con although we didn't need it - the room also has lovely big windows which open fully.
Staff - all the staff were excellent, friendly & professional.
Food - we ate dinner in Kynd which was exceptional and we loved the bakery concept too. The breakfast was also very good with all the ingredients being very high quality. Next time we will try Grace & Savour, the Michelin star restaurant, for dinner.
Location & setting - the setting is fabulous and we loved the location. The hotel is set in a lovely village just south of Birmingham, and the local train station at Hampton in Arden is an easy 5-6 min walk from the hotel and then it's just 2 stops to Birmingham New Street train station (a 14 min train ride)...so very convenient for getting into central Birmingham.
Summary - a really enjoyable stay, which exceeded expectations. I also really loved the fact that the hotel feels really under the radar - it all felt really natural and relaxed. We have stayed in several top end hotels both in the UK & abroad and this was certainly one of the best places we have stayed at in the UK. Thank you!

The food; the interiors; the grounds; the staff - all incredible!
Our stay at Hampton manor was fabulous. We stayed in the cottage, which was stunning - I have nicked a hundred interiors ideas from it (and the main hotel) to use at home! Our tasting menu at Grace and Savour was HEAVEN! The food is really exceptional. In addition, we had an unusual request after we’d left the hotel which Anette, the restaurant director, executed perfectly and with such enthusiasm, I was bowled over. So, in conclusion, go to Hampton Manor & eat at Grace and Savour - you’ll have the best time!!
