Great pub great staff
Caroline is exceptional, her customer service is exceptional. She is bubbly , funny and always happy nothing is to much

Great Service
I have had excellent service from the staff, notably Donna, Nuno, Meg and Caz. The food is lovely and well presented.

The room was spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly and lovely. Great with our dogs, meals very filling and check in wasnt too long either. I would definitely stay again and i recommend the hotel as a restaurant and hotel. Wished we had stayed longer now, so does the dogs.

An Outstanding Stay – Truly Dog-Friendly and Exceptionally Welcoming
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I’d give it a million out of ten – or 100 stars!
I had an amazing stay at Hotel Wrexham & Savvy Fox Pub. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated right on the main road, and there is a bus stop just outside. From there, you can easily travel to Wrexham Bus Station and then continue to Llangollen (Parade Street). On the way back, the return bus stop is directly opposite the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for anyone travelling by bus or train, as I did.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. The restaurant is stylish, comfortable, and a great place to relax.
Every member of staff I met, both male and female, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I asked several questions about local bus services, return journeys, and even requested a local taxi number. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always happy to help with a smile.
The breakfast was delicious. It was simple, fresh, and well prepared, with excellent service.
One of my favourite things about this hotel is that it is dog-friendly. As someone who travels with my assistance dog, this meant a great deal to me. Savvy absolutely loved staying here.
The room was spotless, spacious, beautifully presented, and excellent value for money.
The bathroom was particularly impressive, with grab rails and non-slip flooring, making it safe and accessible for older guests or anyone with mobility needs. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the facilities comfortable and inclusive.
Outside the hotel there is a large, beautifully maintained lawn and an excellent children’s play area with plenty of play equipment. It is a wonderful space for families, and Savvy also loved the open grassy area.
I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Everything—from the location and facilities to the outstanding customer service—was excellent.
I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Wrexham & Savvy Fox Pub for making my visit so enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
