Excellent experience

We chose The Ferry House Inn for our visit to Skomer Island with it being around 30 minutes away. A good decision. The Inn is perfect for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious and well equipped with toiletries, tea / coffee, water & biscuits replenished daily. 2 chairs to sit by the window and look out at the lovely view over the water. Ample, safe parking and a great terrace for drinks.
The surrounding area is residential so the Inn is the only place to eat without having to drive. The food was of a good quality, resonably priced and generous portions.
Breakfast consisted of helpful yourself cereal, fruit, juice and yogurt with cooked options prepared to order.
The staff were excellent - nothing too much trouble. They have an extensive knowledge of the area and James was so helpful in helping us plan our route for days out. Would recommend for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Chill out time

What a little dream if a place. So quite welcoming and just chilling out.
This really is our bolt hole for relaxing good, staff and room are excellent, to sit outside and just watch boats coming and going quietly a pleasure to be there a must

Room was clean with great view.
Nice and quiet so had a grea nights sleep although in a single bed as the room was a twin.
Staff very plesant at all times.
Breakfast was a good english cooked breakfast on offer.

Hope to return - an excellent place to stay

Comfortable room and bed, modern bathroom, plenty of hanging space for clothing. Brilliant views onto the estuary.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
All food was excellent and good value.
Would recommend the Inn to anyone.

The breakfasts were scrumptious. The beach was just below our room, with extensive views across the Cleddau estuary, with 2 swans coming in and out with the tides. The hotel staff were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.
