Nice place, great host; bad Agoda 3rd party checkin

Jade, who manages the property, was wonderful, and the flat was very nice and had everything we wished for. We don't mind the small size of the flat, because it was very well appointed. The Agoda third party checkin was horrible, as they did not send me the building code or door code, (they masked a link!), even though I tried five times to complete the process; so I had to stand in the rain and call Jade, who had included her phone number in her email, and who came immediately. We love it here.

Ok if you’re travelling for work on your own. Then it’s ok price, brilliantly situated 3 mins walk from Euston station and near St Pancras. But it’s a bit like a cramped bedsit. Clean and tidy just tired

Dire!

I want to express serious concerns following our recent stay at Euston Modern Apartments. The experience was deeply distressing and unacceptable.
On the first night, we were unable to sleep due to a domestic violent incident in the apartment above, which escalated to the point that police were called. The noise, disruption, and emotional impact were significant, not only compromising our safety and wellbeing, but also affecting our ability to participate in a professional event the following day.
Due to the severity of the situation, we had no choice but to source alternative accommodation for the second night. While this was arranged swiftly and without added stress thanks to our team’s support, it should never have been necessary.
I urge you to take this feedback seriously and review both your vetting procedures and crisis response protocols. Guests deserve a safe, peaceful environment and this experience fell far short of that standard.

Great for short stays.

Close to amenities. Next door to Euston Station. Clean room. Quiet. Easy to contact if any problems. Room was hot but had fan provided. It has been really hot weather though. Tv signal wasnt the best but had good internet. Great for short stays

Just the ticket

The apartment is compact but clean and tidy. The bed was really comfy and it’s a great location. It has everything necessary, and let’s face it, you’re not in London to sleep. Deposit was returned the same day and there was a hotel chocolat coffee maker! No complaints!
