The property operates a self-check in system and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2pm. If you have booked within 3 days to arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots for additional guests. Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleans will not be carried out if the guest is in the room.
