Fantastic value for money

I stay in a lot of hotels in London. Usually impossible go find free parking.. which this has!
Was so clean and the best value for money I have ever had in London!
Convenient location, nice room, easy to get to my car!
And free breakfast!

Awful experience bed bugs and zero accountability

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My stay was an absolute nightmare. I woke up covered in bed bug bites, and when I reported it to the staff, they couldn’t have cared less. No apology, no urgency, not even a proper check of the room.
Their attitude was completely unacceptable — they acted as if I was making it up. I ended up leaving early because I couldn’t stand the idea of staying another night in that room.
This hotel clearly has a serious cleanliness problem and zero respect for its guests. Spend your money somewhere that takes basic hygiene — and human decency

more like a motel

man on reception a bit abrupt, was given a room at the back of the hotel, these rooms are seperate from the hotel and resemble cheap motels. very dated room and marks on the bedspread, no duvet, bet its freezing in winter, sheets and pillow cases had a faint smell of smoke, carpet stained, only 3 tiny portions of milk, which 2 people had to share, 2 tea bags but one had been opened so didnt use, bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Remote for the tv worked but the battery comparment cover kept falling off. only 2 towels left on the bed, not enough for 2 people, didnt try the breakfast because i read lots of reviews the night before and they were all bad about cheap food being served and miserable rude staff, glad only here for 1 night and wont book again. oh and you can very cleary here guests in the adjoining room, burping, coughing you name it, everything!

Great hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter as part of her delayed 18th birthday celebrations, a lovely hotel, clean and tidy lovely staff and well placed to get around London.
Breakfast was provided and I’d say it was sufficient enough to start our day. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Stratford station but there are at least 3 buses you can get from the station directly to the hotel.
We have not got one single negative thing to say about our stay here and would happily return no problem at all.

Dont hang up your clothes

T-shirt hung up in the room vanished from a locked room. Just a warning, maybe don't leave anything sentimental in the open.
Besides that , an alright hotel. Room has a fan and there is a cooked breakfast - Its near a bus route and a 10 minute walk from a EL stop. Bit Dated but fine.
