A wonderful weekend
We stayed here for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding not to far away.. Upon arriving the property looked beautiful with well kept grounds. We were greeted by Graham, who informed us we were the only guests and that we had been upgraded to the “big” room. We were shown to our room which on first impressions was stunning. beautifully decorated and very spacious. Our en-suite was huge with lovely complimentary shower gels and shampoos, in a beautiful presentation box. We also had slippers and dressing gowns to use throughout our stay. The bed was super comfy and the linen smelt beautiful, as did the bath sheets. We had breakfast included for 2 mornings which was beautifully presented and our host (didn’t catch his name) who was so polite and attentive, we couldn’t have asked for any more.. we would 100% return to this property should we visit the area again.. we have had such a wonderful stay here, thank you.. the only thing I would love is to be able to come and bring our dog to stay with us, that would just be perfect

Excellent Excellent and Exceptional
Our first visit under the new owners . Having visited many times in the past. In this stunning rural location.
I must say everything was excellent. The Breakfast was excellent. The revamped sitting room for guests to use was excellent for relaxing and escaping the heat of the Bank holiday weekend. The new owners had thoughtfully a very quiet mobile air conditioning unit to keep the rooms cool in the hallway. Due to the heat of the weather this Bank holiday. A real bonus. The Entire property is spotlessly clean. You could not fault the property at all . Even the bathroom condiments were excellent lovely shampoos and soaps and gels. And the micro fridge in the room was another bonus.
Put it this way pick now where else to stay if your in the area.

Superb Country House Stay on Welsh Borders
The room was also immaculate and the property is situated right on the Welsh Borders, so great for travelling out.
