Best Glamping Pod in NI

Exceptional stay at Gortin Glen Glamping by Pod. Owner James was extremely friendly and helpful. The pod was very clean, complete, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a hot tub overlooking the forest. Perfect location right beside Gortin Glen Forest Park — the best forest in Northern Ireland. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely recommend.

A Special Birthday Getaway ❤️

We wanted to do something a little different to celebrate hubby’s birthday, so we decided on an overnight stay at Gortin Glen Glamping and what a lovely choice it was!
It can be surprisingly difficult to find a glamping pod that caters comfortably for a family of five, so finding Gortin Glen Glamping was a real bonus for us. The pod was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for our little family getaway.
One thing we particularly loved was how the pods are spaced apart from each other. You don’t feel like you’re on top of other guests, and there was no noise from the neighbouring pods, which made it feel very private and peaceful. ❤️
We made the most of our short stay. That evening, we went for a lovely walk through the forest before coming back to relax and enjoy the private hot tub. The children absolutely loved the whole experience.
The next morning, we took the kids to the Gortin Glen Forest Park Play Area, which was a great start to the day. We then went for a scenic drive around the forest and were lucky enough to see plenty of deer along the way!
From there, we continued our adventure to the Ulster American Folk Park before finally driving back home. It was amazing how much we managed to fit into just one night!
❤️ If you’re a family of five looking for something different, peaceful and family-friendly, we would definitely recommend Gortin Glen Glamping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Fantastic!

I picked Gortin Glen Glamping for a double celebration. My 2 children's birthdays and also for a proposal to my partner. The setting, hosts and pods couldnt have been any better! Fantastic time had and she said yes! Which helped lol.

Tranquility in Tyrone

Ssssshhhhhh......don't tell anyone about this place, because everyone will want to stay.
This is a little heavenly spot right here in Co. Tyrone with two of the most genuine and endearing hosts you will find anywhere in the hospitality business.
Comfort and cleanliness are way above anything we expected on a glamping trip. The tub was fantastic, and the evening view from the fireplace was bliss. All the small touches added up to a truly relaxing experience.
Thank you Dympna and James for rounding off our lovely holiday. I imagine when we tell the kids there will be at least one if not more return visits.

Glamping!

Absolutely beautiful place to visit. Lots to do for kids and easy to relax with the hot tub. Great walks and hiking. I hiked up to Darrach the guardian from the site. Fabulous views from the top. The hosts were very friendly. Milk, water and some lovely scones were provided o check in. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
