Lovely stay .

A lovely stay, spacious bedroom and a lovely restaurant. Free carpark . Friendly staff and very reasonable for the price. Decor could do with a spruce up and no tea or coffee in rooms but free bottles of water.
Bed very comfy and a plus for me is thick blackout curtains.

you get what you pay for

you get what you pay for, cheapest hotel in Perth - 15 min walk into town. it is very much in need of a refurb, ageing carpets, damage to wall paper etc. i hads an economy single room, it was just that but it was clean. they adevrtise free parking but that is to end in August when they will charge. travelodge perth central is a better bet

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and spacelus
The only downside was that during my stay they were unable to provide breakfast during my stay due to staff issues, I was able to do a 5 - 10 minute walk to Lidl at the side of the hotel to get some thing for my breakfast

Just don’t book the website is very misleading

Dirty, grubby, most of the furniture has ripped upholstery and the carpets are ripped in places and holes in others. The bar has very little choice and the so called restaurant in the bar is more like an old motorway Cafe. Very dissatisfied

Avoid like the Plague

Where to start rooms look nothing like pictures in booking .com. Place rundown and needs money spent on it. Room we had was "highland cow" room but sticking a picture of highland cow on wall a joke and the bed was a cheap metal frame with some of the clips lying on floor under bed with thin mattress and pillows as bad so uncomfortable understatement. rooms were noisey, mould in shower. The dining room dark and dingy and very unwelcoming and the paint job well put like this a a child could do a better job and only half done. The food was disgusting and left a taste of grease in mouth. Someone else described as Fawlty towers and that really is a dis-service to fawlty towers. The managers second sentence that came out of her mouth was is any complaints I will deal with in the morning as will be in at six - that says something in its self
