10/ 15 mins walk into town

This is a huge, old house but definitely not disappointing. Having stayed in a modern, rush you in, rush you out B & B in Northumberland the night before, it was so nice to be greeted by the owner Fiona, who showed us around & carefully explained how things worked. We met her husband Peter later & was also very friendly & helpful. We had room 2, a large room at the front with a huge window, 2 seats, wardrobe, dresser with kettle, tea & coffee (milk was left out downstairs for us) lovely hot shower & toiletries. Bed was comfortable & absolutely no noise from the main road. Breakfast was amazing with a choice of hot home cooked food (i understand Peter is a trained chef) cereals, toast, yoghurt, high quality extra fresh fruit, orange juice, tea or coffee. Fiona let me take a book that I had started reading & Peter gave my husband tips on traveling. Would recommend

Comfy beds and very tasty breakfast. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely little guest house walking distance from Perth City Centre. I stayed here as I was attending a Drama Festival at the Theatre. The Guest House was clean, tidy and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. I phoned the day before regarding the 5pm check in and asked if I could check in earlier. I was given 4pm check in instead and this was better for me. On arrival I was given a lovely welcome and shown to my room. (I was the only guest at the Guest House) I was shown around and how to operate the tv and shower. The room was much bigger than I expected and had a seating area as well as the bed and private bathroom. The room was very clean and tidy and bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was served between 7.30am-8.30am and I was asked the night before what time I wanted to eat. On offer in the dinning room was fresh fruit, cereal, fresh juice and a small menu to pick from for cooked food items. I had Sausages and Mushrooms and they were very tasty and well cooked. The hosts were very friendly and chatty. You are given your own key for the room / front door etc and so you can come and go as you please. Overall I would highly recommend this Guest House for anyone looking for a great place to stay for a few days. I would definitely be back in the future if I am in the area.

Lovely guest house, fantastic stay.

Had a lovely stay with Peter and Fiona, both were very accommodating and friendly.
The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was top drawer. Peter was helpful with suggesting local restaurants and things to do in town. Would highly recommend and defiantly stay in the future!

Rooms verry dirty found used condoms under the pillow soiled sanatry products on bathroom floor also poo stains on the sheets very rude and unhelpfull wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay here overall verry verry disappointed would off been better sleeping in the streets

Generally a nice stay

Friendly staff saw that my mom and daughter were very tired at the end of their tour of the Highlands and offered to give them a lift to the railway station when they checked out. The food was good, and a welcome bonus to their trip.
