Definitely will return
Brilliant holiday park. We came end of August and there was 7 of us with 3 kids in the party , accommodation was excellent. Really clean very spacious and super quiet. Pool is awesome and they do it on a booking scheme which is good. Food and club house was also excellent. All team really polite and very helpful

Scandalous this house
our experience in cottage no. 7 Perran view. This is only based on property no. 7 and not on all other houses present on the domain.
When entering the house the house smelled very musty. After opening some windows, this smell more or less disappeared but never disappeared.
The attack on the windows immediately told us how humid it was here. After a short tour of the house we came to some decisions.
Space in the house was positive, as was the seating area and dining table. But that's where it stopped.
The kitchen was really scandalous. If you walked from one side to the other, you were lucky that your shoes were no longer on the other side. That's how hard the floor stuck. The whole kitchen stuck from bottom to top. Plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Everything was just dirty. The hood stopped working and so did the light from it. The suction grilles of the hood were covered in rust, the hob was still left with food from the previous residents and the microwave, which was the worst part. I think there was an explosion in this. OMG how dirty and dirty was this one. Also cupboard doors that fell out when opened, no structure at all in that kitchen. There were also 2 kitchen towels that were already covered in dirt and smelled. A scourer that looked brown. Too bad to mention all of them. When you opened the trash can in the kitchen we all had to sit outside for 15 minutes to recover from the smell coming from it. Also finish kitchen very miserable. So we never did cooking here. Purely seen towards hygiene. Experience bathroom was slightly better than the kitchen but still not worth a star. Floor full of hair, loose skirting boards, unfinished pieces of wall and ceiling. Lots of cobwebs and stains around the toilet.
The walk-in shower itself was cava.
The floor in the living room also showed mould forming under the sofa. Which might explain the musty smell.
Owner contacted to report all this but contact is difficult.
Booking is also aware of it and all the necessary photos have been forwarded to other agencies for verification. We do not want others to follow who have to experience this.
Mail with owner. He suggested that if he could recover the cleaning costs from the cleaning company, he would deliver them to us. This place simply hasn't been cleaned in weeks.
If you book here, I would definitely not go for house No 7.

Great place to stay
Lovely, small, friendly holiday park. All staff were welcoming and very friendly, especially Amanda, Tony and Paul. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was clean and spacious and felt like a home from home. Great value for money. The location is good and there is plenty to do on the park if you dont want to go out. The beach is 5 mins drive away and is a fantastic beach. Can't wait to come back next year.

Great location for an adventure around Cornwall.
Stayed for a week in this park what a beautiful place. The park is nice and quiet with some entertainment. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. The accommodation was a lovely surprise super clean.
The park is super located for all towns to visit, would definitely recommend this park to explore Cornwall.

Very quiet place, only could use swimming pool once a day for 45mins , no entertainment, the food place was over priced for what you got
