Castleton Stay

We have just returned home after another amazing stay at The Castleton. The rooms were immaculate, as always and the cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious. I totally recommend a stay here .... worth every penny!

Comfortable, friendly B&B a short distance from the sea front. Superb breakfasts!

Very pleasant and comfortable B&B located within a few minutes walk of the North Beach. Modern rooms tastefully decorated. What I particularly liked were the extra thoughtful touches - for example, blinds as well as curtains to shut out the sun and keep the room cool, fans in the wardrobe (should they be required) and guide books to the local area in the lounge. Breakfast was superb - as well as cooked options including Full English, there was a large bowl of fresh fruit salad from which you could serve yourself, home granola, and a choice of yoghurt. Located close to the main road out to Studland, there was some traffic noise but, with the windows closed, our sleep was not disturbed. Limited parking on site but free parking available close by.

Great place to stay

We had a great experience staying at the Castleton. The location is perfect for the beach and for getting around. Kate had thought of everything to make your stay perfect, everything was high quality and spotless. The breakfast was first class the food was great quality and beautifully cooked and piping hot. The Castleton is a great place to stay and Kate’s staff (Sian and Alison) were so friendly like Kate. We can see why they get so many returners. Thank you from the four of us.

Four star B&B in Swanage

This is a four star B&B in a quiet residential location yet only 15min walk from Swanage bus station.
Rooms and common areas are tastefully decorated and well maintained.
Breakfasts are very good and of a high standard, also it is served at different times which is very helpful if you plan excursions.
Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.
I can only recommend this establishment.

Beautiful stay

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Castleton in Swanage , our room was light airy and spacious ( room 3 ) with a lovely shower . The breakfast was amazing Kate and her team were very welcoming .Although parking is limited there is a car park across the street that you can use
