Relaxing stay
Stayed 2 nights last week. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of horizontal space to put your stuff. Amenities include Nespresso machine as well as bathrobes and slippers. The restaurant serves good quality breakfast and lunch. Laura was very helpful and hospitable.

I had a confirmed reservation at the DoubleTree by Hilton Woking but, when I arrived, the hotel was unable to provide the room that had been booked.
The result was a highly stressful and frustrating experience. After travelling via Heathrow, I found myself without accommodation in the early hours of the morning and was forced to make alternative arrangements at short notice. This resulted in additional expense, including approximately £150 spent on transport across London and other costs associated with dealing with the situation.
The most disappointing aspect has been the lack of accountability afterwards. Although the hotel did respond to my initial complaint, I was advised that the matter should be dealt with through the booking platform. Since then, I have been caught between the hotel and Booking.com, with little meaningful progress. Booking.com has repeatedly requested information that has already been provided multiple times and has yet to provide a substantive response.
Regardless of the booking channel used, the bottom line is that I held a confirmed reservation and the hotel did not provide the room. The subsequent complaints process has been equally disappointing.
I hope both the hotel and Booking.com review how this case has been handled so that other travellers do not experience the same situation.

Unprofessional Reception Manager
I had a decent stay at this hotel. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help—except for the reception manager.
Unfortunately, the lady manager came across as very arrogant and did not seem to know how to handle guest requests professionally. My request for an early check-in was dealt with very poorly, which left a negative impression.
Because of this experience, I will have to think twice before recommending or choosing this hotel again for future business stays with our HR team.

One night stay for weekend in London.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Dobrin was very helpful and welcoming.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant however the menu looked very nice. The breakfast was a standard buffet style with a good variety. Train station is a 5min walk away with plenty of trains in to London (25mins)
We would definably stay again.
