Lovely Treat!

My elderly mum and I shared the Twin/King accessible Deluxe Terrace Room 41, located on the ground floor.
It was perfect for my mum to sit out on the balcony overlooking Combesgate beach, the hotel lawn and watch people walking on the coastal footpath.
The room was nicely decorated and furnished, plenty of seating, inside and out on the balcony. The room was well equipped, ironing board and iron, a fan and lovely toiletries and hospitality tray, though we do love a biscuit which was not offered apart from a flapjack and chocolate bar which was quite costly!
The restaurants and indoor pool, sauna and steam room are easily accessible so mum didn't have to walk too far for breakfast and evening mealtimes and I popped across the corridor to make use of the facilities. The outdoor pool was heated this time of year and was also enjoyable.
The breakfasts offered plenty of choices and the evening meals wear plentiful though mum struggled with the portion sizes despite requests for exclusions. The Thursday Curry night was particularly exceptional!
The staff were very friendly and obliging and a credit to the hotel.
Overall a very pleasant stay in a lovely hotel in a beautiful location.
It was a costly treat but worth it!

Wonderfully Located Hotel with Stunning Views

I always visited Woolacombe with my parents and we always wanted to stay at the Watersmeet Hotel. I finally as an adult got that opportunity and it didn't disappoint. The setting on the headland is just wonderful and the views at breakfast are stunning. Likewise the restaurant in the evening with the same amazing views and lovely food is just perfect. The weather helped of course but the outdoor swimming pool although fresh was perfect for an early morning dip and of course the beach is a must. We had a balcony sea view room which I recommend as the the sound of the waves to drift off to is just the best. We loved it and will look forward to returning again.
The walk along the headland and in to Mortehoe village is beautiful and I recommend the Pimms cream team at the Town Farmhouse

Excellent stay again

Excellent stay again. Great location with very good facilities. Restaurant is first class I would certainly recommend.
Lundy suite can be a bit noisy from above. Otherwise room was of a good standard.
Car charging not working was disappointing.

Perfect location!

A wonderful week at a beautiful hotel. The location is fantastic and our deluxe balcony room was quiet with fabulous views. The perfect place to recharge your batteries with helpful, friendly staff!

Relaxing break

Very enjoyable 3 night stay. Lovely hotel, fantastic views from the restaurant and terrace, Good food in both restaurants, Would definitely stay again.
