One of cleanest hotels in keiv

The hotel is very clean and is very good choice for small family or honey moon
They have mini kitchen with small refrigerator plus great bathroom
It’s accessible by wheel chair or baby stroller with free WiFi and a hot breakfast included
The people here are very helpful specially the front desk maksym he was so helpful for our reservation issue

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Me and my friend stayed in this hotel and it was bad experience.
Our paid stay was from July 17 - 22
I had an emergency situation in my home country during my stay at this hotel and agreed with the hotel on duty manager to cancel last two days and our stay to be counted from July 17 - 20 whilst the payment settled in cash for the full period till 22 July.
She didn’t return the full amount and her excuse was that she didn’t have enough cash at the cash till and wanted us to come back to hotel in next day morning while we were going back to home country. Since then they don’t respond to our calls & emails and booking.com calls to transfer the remaining amount !!!!

Great Hotel

Just arrived back from a 3 night stay. Very clean room with comfortable bed, great shower, iron and ironing board, safe, full sized hair dryer, air con, coffee making facilities and mini bar fridge. Breakfast was first class and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be returning ourselves in the future.

Nice hotel

Stayed at hotel for few nights at March 2019.
I've got free update from standard to studio room.
The room was clean, light and big enough.
Bed was comfortable, lining and sheet were clean and fresh.
Very comfortable for business travelers as it has some facilities for self-cooking, iron and board for ironing.
Water at shower was not very hot in the morning for some time, but after few minutes it got hot.
I'm pretty sure next time I stay here again.

Good hotel - Good value for money

We stayed here on a short weekend trip to Kiev.
The staff were helpful and polite.
The rooms had more facilities than most hotels including iron/ironing board, fridge, kettle, stove top, microwave (if we were staying longer these would have been used!)
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well furnished.
Breakfast was ordered from a menu and served quickly.
The hotel is next to a large supermarket and about 5 mins walk from a metro station. Its a 20 minute walk to the motherland monument and about 3km from the center.
