Wonderful stay

I had an amazing stay. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of options to choose from.
What truly made the stay special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay in Kyiv

Barring the air raids, the hotel is pretty nice----rooms are large, clean and well decorated. Restaurant has a good breakfast buffet. Staff are professional and helpful. They showed me the air raid shelter which is part of the underground parking garage---appointed w tables and chairs, cots, bean bag chairs. Fortunately I did not need to use it as the air raid apps tell me what district is being targeted. Given all the foreign govt officials who stay at this place, Russia would be stupid to intentionally strike the hotel---would be equal to hitting the US, German and China Embassies all at once and turn the diplomatic tide against Russia.

It's a beautiful place. The hotel has a great location. Room clean and beautiful .Good view from the window . The room is quiet and warm.The room has everything you need.Comfortable bed,attentive staff.We will definitely come back.Recommend!!!!!!!!!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made sure every detail of my stay was perfect.
The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the stunning view from my window – it made my mornings extra special. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide range of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's location was also a big plus – central yet quiet, making it easy to explore the area.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay. I will defini return!

Entirely unsurpassed service!

It was my second trip back home after quite a long time , and I can undoubtedly claim that every single team member in Hilton Kyiv is absolutely fabulous! Myroslava at check-in was very welcoming and friendly, Volodymyr,head concierge, was very helpful with assisting me on my parcel delivery, Adriana from reservation’s department was happy to assist on modifying my stay. Breakfast experience was very nice , executive lounge was extremely satisfactory as well. Regrettably, I fell very sick on my staying here, but everyone was happy to help‍♂️.Evgen on night shift called emergency service, Alvina, director of operations, have sent heart-warming card, my favourite tea and fruits for my quicker recovery. It was such a nice gesture to call me to the hospital and offer any help I might need, as I am by myself in Kyiv.Serhii from security was extremely helpful while escorting me to ambulance car and giving a follow-up call. I am very touched by such a warm attitude I have got from every one of them . I will remember their kindness forever. And that’s definitely what makes them to be my number 1! I promise when I am back in June I won’t get sick anymore, and personally will thank you for such a pleasant memory I have because of your remarkable service!❤️‍
