Good enough

More than just expected, great stay, comfortable room, clean and tidy, warm welcome, silent location. The food is good but I’d strongly suggest to make a variety of breakfast bigger and to increase the size of portions.

Way better than before.

The hotel with best location in the city - exactly on the central square!
Great improvement compare to previous visit in 2013 but still need lots of reorganization.
Staff is helpful and speaking English which is good for not big city.

Great location with Satisfactory Room

Hotel in a great location, Staff spoke English at reception which was great. The suite I had on the 2nd floor was good, very large room, plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Would have been nice if there was a few English TV channels and if the bar fridge was plugged in when I arrived. Bathroom was large and very good shower. Might not be the most luxurious room but well worth the price. Breakfast was a little unusual but did the job. Would recommend the the hotel to anyone visiting Kremenchuk.

Good for Kremenchuk

I stayed here back in June 2012 for a couple of nights while I was on holiday for Euro 2012 and sightseeing, and the hotel isn’t that bad. The staff were very friendly, I had one staff member from front desk actually come along with the taxi driver to meet me as the bus depot, which was a really nice touch. The hotel is a typical building for the Soviet era, you have to remember that over 90% of the city was destroyed during the war, so the buildings around do lack the charm of other cities. I had a suite, and there was a bit of a mix up with my room, where I was given two single beds instead of one big bed, but being a solo traveller, it didn’t worry me. Unlike the other hotels I had stayed at, there’s no bottled water supplied, but there is a supermarket near by, and bottles of water are cheap.
The rooms were quite spacious, and the TV’s even had BBC World News, so it’s good to have an English speaking channel to keep you up to date with things. Breakfast is a set menu you pick from, which was included in the rate, but if you wanted another drink, you would have to pay extra for it. I only ate at the hotel for breakfast, an it was an alright breakfast, I don’t know about other meals.
The location is key, close to shops an places to see, and there are many different services in the hotel, and wifi is free, so that’s a plus. There were a few language barriers between myself and staff, but nothing to major, and the staff were always willing to help you out. A good place to stay if you’re in Kremenhuck

Quiet and everything you need.

It is one of those places that you not sure you made the right choice and yet you take the risk. I did and was very satisfied with my finding. As I enjoy new places and new people, I try new hotels, restaurants, clubs and pubs. Never a dull moment in my travels, good or bad. Very helpful and friendly staff. They give you a time for breakfast but actually they said" You cannot start the day without breakfast" That was 11.30 in the morning.
It is good to have some basic Russian as they all speak Russian and some do speak basic English .
