Superb. Exceptional. Incredible.
We spent just 2 nights in the Saban Deluxe Guesthouse after many weeks of rough travel across the East. We booked this property due to the excellent reviews and photographs and we definitely not disappointed. Oxana, the lady who owns the property, was very keen to hear our stories and really encouraged conversation despite the terrible language barrier. Please note she does not speak English, so coming with some Russian/ Ukrainian phrases will be a huge help.
The guesthouse is newly developed and has some truly spectacular rooms available. We stayed in the really large and spacious family suite, which came with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils. It also had a beautiful balcony area to relax in! The room itself was really clean and fashionable with polished hardwood floors and smooth carpets/ rugs. This is a real gem to rest up in. The bathroom came with an amazing jacuzzi and shower capsule.
Our host also provided us with some great home cooked potato dumplings with sour cream for breakfast, but was also really kind to give us free breakfast along with many cups of tea/ coffee on different occasions. Oxana also allowed us to store our rucksacks in her personal quarters during a two day trip to the Carpathian Mountains.
Also worth noting is the great WiFi provided, good location in proximity to the center/ trams and the host's general keenness to help us plan our further trips. It's also worth mentioning that the guesthouse is not within stones throw of any markets or restaurants. A longer walk/ tram ride will be necessary for this.
For a real piece of luxury and regeneration - this is the perfect stop and should not be overlooked!

Family gathering for a wedding
Absolutely wonderful stay. We rented the whole house for weekend of my brother's wedding. We arrived late the night before the wedding and they let us in. Very friendly hosts, especially "pani" Oksana. She treated us with coffee and tea and sandwiches in the morning. And we had many people coming for hair DOs, make-up artist, photographers, bridesmaids, groommades, parents, and other guests... We all felt very welcomed and comfortable. I can't say enough of their hospitality, such wonderful people. We honestly felt like visiting a good friend.
Next morning they treated us with breakfast and fresh soup (chicken noodle).
The house is beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable with beautiful, clean sheets... You can ask for more blankets and towels. They have sauna in the deluxe suite.

Terrible hotel
The owners inadequate. At first I lived in a semi-suite, and then they told me that the semi-suite will be busy and offered a suite. However, the newly arrived guests raised a scandal that in a semi-suite is no toilet in the total home gave them the promise of my suite. Before of weekend they told beforehand that all will be busy but they assured me that they find me a room on the 3rd floor and two hours before my arrival, called and said that they no free room at the moment because they gave my room. This is despite the fact that at that time in Lviv was 97% booked hotels, they put me in a very difficult position. Do not trust these people, they can bring you. Please note that the toilet is only available in the suite and in the morning so it's dogs bark area of private households, the rooms stink.

Сказать СУПЕР,это ничего не сказать!
Мы гости из РБ. Решили с друзьями(36-47 лет) отдохнуть во Львове на мартовские праздники.Почти все отели в городе были раскуплены.Ведь компанию из 8 человек разместить рядом не так уж и просто.Но хозяйка Оксана сделав нужную рокировку,уместила нас всех на две ночи подряд в своих потрясающих номерах!Каждая комната имеет свой стиль.Кровати мягкие,постельное белье и полотенца хрустящие.Халаты и тапочки предоставляются каждому гостю.Фены,посуда,кухня и пр будут в вашем распоряжении по первой просьбе! (Зря тянула с собой и халат,и тапки,и шампунь).Про еду. Не раздумывая соглашайтесь на завтраки!Это просто гастро тур какой-то не выходя из дома был! С пылу-с жару были потрясные сырники,варенники с картошкой,налистники с творогом,бутерброды,белые грибы и супер блюдо от Оксаны, Кортопляна Хата!!!! Просите приготовить,не пожалеете! Правда после этих 3-х дней пребывания во Львове,цифры на весах дома не понравились ни кому из нас....:) Месторасположение отличное.Гуляли пешком до центра,а обратно на такси.Оно стоило копейки просто(3$примерно).Красиво,чисто,стильно,искренне,приветливо,достойно,богато! Придраться вообще не к чему!В общем,рекомендую Сабан Делюкс всем!

Super domowa atmosfera!
Od samego wejścia do domu zostaliśmy miło przywitani przez Panią Oksanę. Właścicielka wszystko nam pokazała, omówiła ważne kwestie i udzieliła wszystkich potrzebnych nam informacji.
Bez problemu można porozumieć się w języku polskim.
Jeżeli chodzi o śniadania- mieliśmy okazję spróbować naprawdę dobrej, tradycyjnej, domowej kuchni. Wystarczyło powiedzieć, że jesteśmy głodni, a Pani Oksana przygotowywała nam śniadanie i pilnowała żebyśmy byli najedzeni. Byliśmy :)
Pokój - jak na zdjęciach, zdecydowanie czysty i zadbany. W środku ogromne, wygodne łóżko. Łazienka - czysta, schludna, na półce czekały kosmetyki. Na podwórku możliwość zaparkowania auta.
Co do odległości do centrum - trasa na piechotę zajmuje ok. 30-40 min i nie był to problem, ale jeżeli nie mieliśmy już ochoty pokonywać tej odległości na pieszo, zamawialiśmy ubera, który za kilka zł wiózł nas w kilka minut.
Podsumowując, jest to nocleg, który poleciłabym dalej rodzinie i znajomym. Chyba, że ktoś jest bardziej nastawiony na poznawania Lwowa nocą, wówczas lepiej znaleźć coś w ścisłym centrum :)
