duplex apartment FTW

Three people: my husband and I, and my sister, shared the upstairs duplex apartment and now think that we're too spoiled for any other shared accommodations. We had, rather unbelievably, two full baths and two tvs. (Neither got English-language stations so not much use.) Perfect location. While owner and staff aren't on property, they are a quick phone call or messaging app away. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

5 star luxary

many thanks to Natalie(for my slippers)and yegor for booking my train tickets,such amazing place ,why go elsewhere ,had the ground floor apartment this time,loved the sauna and Jacuzzi,life really cant get any better than a stay her in beautiful Odessa,shame about the 2 foot of snow.!!!!,,great wifi ,always so strong ,and good cable tv if that's your thing,everything you need is in apartment,and the city on your doorstep ,see you again when the weather warms up

what a gem

amazing place ,everything you need is here ,the location is 20 meters from the main street in Odessa,two floor apartment ,2 baathrooms ,2 tvs ,amazing ,great wifi ,it really has aall I booked for 3 night and stayed a further 4 it was that good ,the guy that runs the place EYGOR is fluent English and goes out of his way to help ,cleaner is on site if you need her,cant wait to return and such good price better than local hotels

Not bad but far from being perfect

The apartments situate in the very heart of the city. This is a separate building with three apartments, each with its private entrance. Clean enough, but humid, damp and with corresponding smell. Beddings and towels evidently need more thorough laundering. Cosmetic alternations of the apartments are new, but every piece of the interior is cheap and functionally scanty.
!The parking place is a very tricky moment. The person that meets the apartments’ guests takes $10 for each car. Deribasovskaya street is a pedestrian zone and this is “an underground entering fee” for lodgers’ cars. The point is that guests have to pay this price every time they leave and come back by their car to their apartment. For example, if one decides to go by his car to the beach twice a day he is to pay $20 a day ($10 for each coming back home). Next time for this price I’ll try to find smth better.

Calm place in noisy street

Wonderful place to stay! The studio in the ground floor has enough place for 3 people. Nice people working here. All, that was written in the description at booking, is real and working. A lot of places to eat nearby, and all the main sights are close.
Идеальное место! :) Приятный персонал, нас поселили даже раньше срока, т.к. перед нами никто не жил. Ольга вместе с нами обошла все, проверила, что все есть и работает. Мы жили в студио, вход прямо с первого этажа. При входе -кухня и раскладной диванчик, дальше - большая двухспальная кровать. Здесь же - небольшой туалет. Вниз по лестнице - душ и сауна. Приятно, что описание соответствовало тому, что на сайте,что бывает не всегда. Двор тихий, что очень хорошо,учитывая шумную Дерибасовскую. Рядом - с одной стороны Компот, с другой - итальянский ресторан с вкусной пастой. Через дорогу - полно уличной еды на любой вкус.
