Highly recommend!

Fantastic service combined with modern design, good food, perfect view and good location.
The staff is extremely friendly and careful to details. Good varieties of vegan food during breakfast. Definitely the best place to stay in Odessa. Highly recommend!

An incredibly disappointing waste of money in a 3 star hotel with unhelpful and rude staff.

The ‘Club’ is at best a 3 Star property right on the sea, there is no beach. The junior suite at at over US$ 600 per night was extremely bad value being an under furnished, boringly decorated room with a defective a/c system (which the ‘engineer’ was unable to fix) and a temperamental toilet! The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, prioritising Ukrainian customers over us foreigners. If you ask them to book a taxi, don’t expect them to do so until you remind them, preferably twice. The menu appeared impressive but unfortunately the quality fell far short of the description and the photos. An incredibly disappointing waste of time and money.

Check to make sure it’s still standing

This used to be a fantastic destination, but the neighborhood is under threat from unwelcome visitors. I regret that no insurance coverage includes the threat of all-out war.
The Russian navy is close by, and no one knows when they will shell it into oblivion. Beware!

Stay at this Hotel!!

The team at M1 made our stay so enjoyable. They were so accommodating to our guests, and their staff always had smiles on their faces. Natalia and Ruslan were really outstanding! They went above and beyond. Even the manager went out of his way to always check in with us and add any extras that we may have needed. We already are planning to return.

Disappointed

First time when I have stayed in this property was 2019 and I really was impressed. Apparently that time I have got very good room, and unfortunately not all of their rooms of the same category are similar.
So last month in 2021 I was really excited to come back to this hotel. But got disappointed after check in. The room was very small and old, overlooking contruction.
I have called reception to check if it’s same category that I stayed last time and they confirmed.
So it’s quite dissapointed when for repeat guests, stayed before and booked the same category, hotel is providing worse room than last time. The impression is completely ruined. Even after few times mentioned that it’s not my first time in this hotel (actually I am sure it’s visible in the system as well).
Reception did not offer room move to the better room, at least same as last time.
And after seeing that not all rooms are same and not so good, I think won’t come back again to this property.
They should consider and plan better accommodation to the repeat guests.
Good part is that they have gave discount for the restaurant on site.
