В Одессе бываю часто и всегда стоит вопрос с отелями. Я открыл для себя этот отель ещё когда он носил иное название. Так вот мне очень понравилось обслуживание в отеле это милые улыбчивые девчонки, которые всегда встречают с улыбкой) большая удобная кровать, хороший вай-фай, микроволновка и нормальная звукоизоляция. Вообщем все мне понравилось в отеле и на следующий визит я снова к вам !

Worst experience ever in my life

Please listen to me - experienced traveller and never book this hotel. That was the worst experience in my whole life. I had an reservation paid and confirmed and when I arrived I have got information that there is no room for me prepared. They were so rude telling me that some owner had been changed and do not care of my booking. If you do not want to ruin your holiday avoid this mafia place. I can give everybody proof of this on email. Never do not make the same mistake. That is the biggest tourist trap that you can imagine.

Ups and Downs. Not the most comfortable place.

There are both negative and positive aspects of staying here.
On the positive side there is a 24 hour reception, the receptionists were very friendly, you have your own refrigerator, and there was a washing machine available in my room (not in my friends room). The hotel also looks very nice inside, and the rooms were very clean. The location is very good - central location close to many nice restaurants and attractions.
However, outside the "hotel" looks nothing like a hotel at all. You’ll need a cab driver to locate this place and to get pass the locked doors into a "garage" before entering the backyard. Then you have to call a bell on a door inside the backyard. The backyard is crowded by cats and there are old electrical cables on the walls.. there are also a lot of different people hanging around from time to time, mostly workers from the nearby restaurant and neighbours I guess, but I can´t deny I had a bad feeling about this place for most of the time. There must be a reason why there is a 24 hour receptionist here.. as there are only 4 rooms in this "hotel".
I can’t really recommend this place for tourists coming to Odessa due to the entrance and the surroundings, even though the rooms and location were great.

Convenient stay in the very city center

The hotel has the perfect location. Many restaurants in the area. Most landmarks are within walking distance.
The room has a small kitchenette, washing machine, tv, free Wi-Fi. There were some problems on check-in (we were given not the room we booked and it was tiny and inconvenient). But eventually the problems were solved.
The staff is very friendly - always greet us with a friendly smile.

סופרנו הוטל אודסה.

המיקום מעולה.ממש במרכז.יחס מאוד טוב.נקי יחסית.מצעים ומגבות החליפו כל היום.בדירה היה הכל מה שצריך.מטבחון קטן עם כל מיני כלים ומקרר.החיסרון היחיד,ספה שניפתחת,בלתי אפשרי לישון בספה.הבת שלי לא הצליחה לישון בספה.
