Great value for money

The hotel is well situated, right on the beach. There is a small area for parking behind but unsure if you have to pay or not to access the road.
We arrived by taxi which found it well enough! You can walk from the nearest the bus stop but it is a bit of a climb if you have luggage.
The hotel itself is very clean and a modern style. Our to looked out over the sea and was bright and airy. It was quite basic however and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. However the location more than made up for it.
There are a few restaurants nearby and kiosks. The on-site cafe however had closed for the season.
The staff spoke good English and were very helpful when needed. We stayed for five nights without any issues.

Updated restaurant and enjoyable stay

I note this is the first review of 2018 and the restaurant has a change of management and has been good during our stay. The rooms are big, yet simple and the lower floors have the sea view partially blocked by the terrace, but you literally walk out and you are on the beach.
The only reasonable way to get to the motel is by taxi. Like always in Ukraine, be sure to negotiate a fair price and the first offer is usually not the best one. I would add that this location is about the sea, not the city and the main shopping and tourist areas you might wish to go are about 25 minutes walking.

UE prices, USSR service

We got a nice room with king size bed and sitting area. Our stay (around 115USD/night, no balcony, front seaview with some umbrllas on the way) included breakfast. On the breakfast little paper we had choice of 4 meals. When we ordered juice and coffee, afterwards we were informed that one beverage will be charged... Fine... We went to the beach... When we came back - our sitting area disappeared... Yes... The sofa was taken away from the room... Reception tried to explain that the administrator was wrong and gabe us a wrong room and they needed that sofa for another room... We paid for double room and we got one, with nice place to seat. Next 3 nights we could seat on the bed or on the floor... Hotel later left in our room note in Russian and English and the gift - bottle of sparkling wine worth 3€ in near-by shop. When you use UE prices - get the service at UE level also. The bottle was left there, maybe next guests could have it.

good hotel, terrible restaurant

The hotel is good, clean, simple, right on the beach. Do not expect a resort, although the prices are high. The beach is ok for odessa, but a far cry from a real beach vacation spot. The outside restaurant is horrible, avoid at all costs, also for breakfast. There are plenty of way better choices around.

Nice small hotel, right on the beach

The hotel is very nice. It is very simple, no extra services. The room is big enough (we had one on the second floor witj sea view). The hotel and the rooms were veery clean (special thanks to the cleaning ladies. they do great job). The staff at the reception is very helpful, ready to assist you 24 hours.
There is no eating option with this hotel, but just in front of the hotel there are several cafes and restaurants. Try Prichal # 1 cafe for good quality food (unfortunately they open only at 10 am).
Overall I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. These part of the city is a bit passive, so staying here can be a bit boring for young guests.
