Very disappointed in that attitude.

She came to Poltava for the operation and booked a room at the Atlas Hotel (15 Navrotsky Street), calling the receptionist directly (emphasized that I was going to the operation and I was important for reliability) We agreed that the day before arrival I would be contacted, but this did not happen - we had to call myself. The administrator claimed she sent the message, but it turned out to have been sent to another person with a similar reservation on Booking. They said there had been a system failure, apologized, confirmed my number as number five.
However, upon arrival in the evening, on the eve of the operation, I enter the room—and the room is occupied by the guests. It turned out that they had simply “mixed up” the numbers (in fact, deliberately, because their number was worse). They refused to relocate, the room was a mess, and I had to take their troika. It was just a nightmare: the resilient smell of dampness and stuff - just nauseating, a clogged drain in the shower, a leaky shower cubicle that had the entire bathroom floor poured through it. She asked me to resettle - they promised they would decide.
The next day (the day of my surgery!) I had to move back to No.5, still untidy.
On the last day before leaving - a new surprise: there was no cold or hot drinking water - just did not change the bottle on the cooler in time. Left without even the basic breakfast I was hoping for on the road
If it hadn't been for the surgery, I wouldn't have stayed the night. No compensation, no offers, just an apology from the administrator and a promise that “the owners are aware.”
Very disappointed.
I don't recommend it, especially if reliability and comfort are important.
