Estadía muy placentera

Nos alojamos en un PH del patio, el cual tenia capacidad para 3 personas (una cama grande debajo y una pieza chica arriba).
El parque que tiene es hermoso y la atencion de Gustavo merece reconocimiento.
Está a 15 minutos del centro, caminando, pero a 2 cuadras de la playa y de un bello bosque de pinos. Volvería sin dudas a hospedarme.

Rundown Apartment Not Well Kept

Let me start with the positive: the host was friendly, though because we don’t speak Spanish, we don’t really know what he was saying. But seems friendly enough. The room has AC that worked well, which was helpful since the area has a lot of mosquitos. The property is close to the beach.
Now, the not so stellar bits: The property is really run-down. We couldn’t find it at first because there was a massive for-sale sign in the front. Everything in the apartment is really old. Some things like lamps just didn’t work. The swimming pool is really dirty with lots of bugs floating on top. The apartment has really terrible use of space, where the bathroom is minuscule but has a big empty living room. This property might have been nice at one time, but definitely not anymore.

Helpfull and friendly owner

This is not an hotel but a rented apartment in a private house. The owner is very friendly and helpfull and he even provided free fruit for breakfast and some towels and bed linen (we booked via booking). The garden is very nice and i has a pool. The room we stayed was a bit on the basic side which wasn't a problem but since we arrived in the end of summer it was a bit coldish inside specially at the middle of the night (the room didn't had A/C or heating). All in all a good option, but probably would not be recomended outside spring and summer.

A good option

Stayed here in a triple room downstairs one night and an apartment upstairs for a couple more nights.
Pros
- fair price
- location perfect for the beach (and only a 20 ish minute walk into town)
- free bikes to borrow
- lovely garden and pool
- super helpful property owner
Cons
- wifi, tv signal and power sockets all a bit sketchy
- no towels or bed linen included
All in all i would recommend this place :-)

very nice garden

we just spend a night on our way to Tigre. basic little appartment, very clean. the garden is a special story. very nice and you step out from the appartment. owner very helpful. in the morning at 4.30 he waited with us for the taxi to come.
