Excelente Custo - Benefício

O Hotel Minas tem um excelente custo benefício.
Bom Café da manhã. Excelente localização. Em frente ao Hotel, existe uma bela praça onde ocorre um show de luzes, águas e sons no fim da tarde.
Local seguro e com inúmeros restaurantes.

Horrible and very expensive

Frightening. Old and stained sheets, smell in the bathroom, old bedspreads, a lot of noise. No maintenance, but the worst feeling of dirty. The bathroom shower has the drain outside, everything gets wet. A single, very friendly employee, working with 3 hands. Simple rich breakfast.

Not a hotel, a hostel

The most important issue concerning this place is knowing that you are not staying at a hotel as its name indicates. As soon as you know this, you can start describing a very uncomfortable room, extremely noisy, tiny and much close to the reception desk so you can listen to the clerk as if she is actually in your room.
The rooms are clean but there is not enough water to take a good shower in the bathroom, and last but not least, our side lights broke down and nobody could fix them. Being there was quite hard during the night due to the noises and the smell of desinfectant around... Of course, it is a cheap place to stay, in downtown Minas, and you are given a continental breakfast. If you are young, no problem I guess, but do not try it if you are over 40!

Pensamos que estaba limpio, pero....

Abrimos la cama y encontramos esta mancha. Un asco. Está bien de precio pero en tiempos de Covid esto se hace más grave. Me parece que hay que cuidar a todos los visitantes. Esto es inaceptable. Quedamos preocupados

Hotel comum

Hotel com ótima localização na região central da cidade. Com restaurantes e serviços próximos. Para se ter acesso a recepção e quartos é necessário a subida por escada. Quarto com boa estrutura (TV, ar, chuveiro bom). O senão maior foi referente ao café da manhã que tinha pouquíssimas variedades de acompanhamentos, não condizendo com o custo da diária. O atendimento foi excelente.
