The hotel is undergoing renovation, and they did inform me of such. What's disappointing was that although I specifically asked a few times to be put in a room away from noise and elevator before check in, the staff, obviously completely oblivious of customer concerns, gave me probably the worst room in the hotel - 11 - close to the checkin desk, bar/restaurant and near the elevator! Although, for staying one night, we were OK, I can't give them nore than 3 stars (and probably avoid their property next time) because of their complete disregard for customer requests and concerns.

Wonderful little hotel in the green

We had a lovely stay at AWA. The room was comfortable and the breakfast very nice. We didn’t use it but there was a spa with sauna and indoor pool. I had a massage and facial treatment which was amazing.

Unbeatable hotel.
To highlight the breakfast with homemade pastries.
The beds in the deluxe room are very comfortable.

Perfect!

Unbeatable experience, I went with friends and we took advantage of all the hotel facilities, from the spa to the microcinema and the bicycles.
The staff is super friendly and efficient, the facilities are excellent, and the decor is very tasteful.
Really worth mentioning: the gastronomy. The breakfast is spectacular, and the lunch, a Peruvian menu, is a delight.
I highly recommend it.
