Fraudulent schemes!

Relaxing here with my mom. The inn is fine in principle, but there's cheating! Skip this hotel don't even consider it if you don't want to be fooled at every turn and bred for money. At the time of booking, it was said that they provide free transfer from the station/airport, we were not given anything, to my question "Why?", they said that only from the airport, since it is 5 minutes away. OK, then. Next, the room that goes as "standard" and costs the cheapest actually turns out to be a basement room, and the photos that are presented there turn out to be from another room and, of course, you need to pay extra for it. After a long journey, we didn't want to find anything else, we paid extra. Next you are told beautifully that you will be given a free tour of Bukhara, but you already understand. Taking the two of us and a couple of others from India drove us to several attractions, after they brought us to a restaurant serving pilaf, together with lunch the "tour" took no more than 2 hours, and of course, the tour it is difficult to call us just brought to the place and that is all. When we returned to the hotel, we were asked for money for the tour, my question “you said free?” was answered again, I actually wasted time and gasoline. Everything they try to attract in the ad ALL DECEPTION, you will continue to be swindled for money! And the crowning grief hotelier is asking to cancel the booking, I can't remember under what pretext. But in fact, it's so you don't leave a bad review later! Where that rating came from here I really don't understand, because here you're just being played on everything. Who of course likes ‍’’️ the name, by the way, changed) there must have been a lot of bad reviews on the past name)

Forget about it.

Another structure that misuses the term boutique: pitiful breakfast (second coffee for a fee!, jam with cherries in syrup, little bread, averagely poor products, very little choice); in the room the TV did not work, the bathroom was small, a bedside lamp was not there at all, toilet paper initially missing); usual poor knowledge of English; weak wifi.

Very nice Inn!

Nice Pension with a very good location, very close to monuments to visit in the historic city center.
The decoration is very nice.
We were in a room on the ground floor overlooking an inner courtyard, the only drawback is that you had to turn on the light during the day but the room was very quiet, the bathroom very functional (with a bathtub).
The breakfast was very good, varied, in a nice room.
