The hotel left the most pleasant experience. The room is very cozy and comfortable, with everything you need. The cleanliness is impeccable - clean up your conscience. The staff is polite, friendly and works promptly, the service is high. I'll definitely come back here again!

We stayed at Dendy Plaza for a few days and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are clean, modern, and very cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Special mention goes to the convenient location and delicious breakfasts. We will definitely come back here again and will recommend it to our friends!

Lovely hotel for family vacation!
Relaxed here as a family and were absolutely delighted. Rooms are clean, spacious and cozy - space was enough for everyone and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are incredibly polite and sympathetic, always ready to help. A separate delight is the buffet! The choice of dishes is huge, everything is fresh and delicious, so even the children ate with pleasure. Be sure to come back here again, the perfect place to relax with your loved ones!

Better than I expected! I could come back, for sure!

The hotel is well located. Decorated in classic usbeke style (which can be a little too much!). We were well received by the receptionist, who even helped us with the bags to the 3rd floor. The manha coffee was good. Our room was great and very comfortable. I slept very well! Our tour operator put us in this hotel. I was a little scared for being 3 stars. But everything was good. There's no elevator!

⚠️beware of tourist trap

⚠️ Beware – Tourist Trap Experience ⚠️
During my stay at this hotel, I borrowed an umbrella because it was raining. Honestly, none of the umbrellas looked to be in good condition from the start, so I just picked the one that seemed “least bad.”
After using it and returning it, the staff claimed the umbrella was damaged and demanded compensation. I didn’t refuse to pay, as I understand responsibility—but what shocked me was the price: €22 for a low-quality umbrella.
When I said that was too expensive, they insisted I either pay or go out and buy an identical umbrella to replace it. I even asked them to check CCTV footage to prove the umbrella was already in poor condition when I took it, but they refused to acknowledge it.
This felt very unfair and dishonest.
If you plan to stay here, please be careful. This place seems to set traps for tourists, and it especially felt like Asian guests are being targeted.
To be fair, the rooms are clean—but this kind of behavior from the staff is very disappointing and leaves a bad impression
