Very welcome

Very welcome, good breakfast and very decent room.
Very accommodating and friendly staff.
This hotel is quite close to the airport , in a quiet street.
The bed is comfortable.
This hotel is nice for one night when you stay in Tashkent

Never suggest this hotel!

Dark rooms. Dirty carpet. Torn bedsheet
Without refrigerator. Electricity goes off every 10 minutes in summer!!!
Also kind personal are working in this hotel, the week quality of hotel surly will annoy you.
The breakfasts are delicious but the cover on tables are old and every day use the same cover without any changes!

Reasonably Comfortable

Stayed as part of a tour group. Room was clean and good, hot shower. Bed was very hard - my only real complaint. Food OK; had an evening supper which was served quickly. Not a big choice of wines or beer and 1st night was busy so they ran out of beer for some reason? Not a great choice for breakfast unless you like cakes!
I found the staff quite helpful although sometimes I am sure they didn't understand English very well.

Stayed here part of a tour. Only stayed here for the night. Hotel was very small and in a residential area. This place is maintained 24 hours. The lady who is behind the desk is always there morning and night. It is a very very basic hotel. Honestly all the places I stayed at in Uzbekistan have been been basic. This is an amazing country but still needs some time to catch up. The service was ok, clean rooms but hard beds. Very basic breakfast.

OK, but poor location

Room was ok but quite dark, not helped by table lamp not working. Had same room 10 days later at end of trip and still lamp not working. Bathroom clean, toiletries, slippers and safe provided. No sink plug in bathroom. Good selection for breakfast. Receptionist spoke English but otherwise some difficulties. Ordered a glass of wine but could only buy the whole bottle. They finally offered me a glass only but tried charging the same price as it had already gone through their till. After much huffing and puffing by bar tender I decided it was just easier to take whole bottle! 4 km to nearest metro and taxis struggled to find hotel so not easy to get into city to sightsee.
