They promised a transfer, but in the end they had to find a taxi on their own

It's terrible:
Transfer promised but not prepared
The Internet was a week away, the second week gone.
Dirty bed linen
There are some insects in the bathroom.
Crane wobbles
The wallpaper that's peeling off, and underneath it's fungus.
Although breakfast was included, served only once

Price is fair and you cannot expect too much. Many small convenience store near the hotel.

Only as a Last Resort

There’s not much to like about this hotel. If you’re coming as a tourist you’ll find that this hotel is in an extremely inconvenient location. It’s a long way from any tourist sites, a long way from the subway and taxi drivers don’t know where it is.
They don’t seem to have routine housekeeping for the rooms, and when they do it’s counterproductive. For two days straight they didn’t clean or make up the room. I complained so the next day someone stripped the beds, forcing me to make up my own bed when I returned for the evening.
The layout of the hotel is inconvenient. You have to climb a set of high stairs with your luggage just to get to the hotel and then another set of stairs to get to your room.
To top it off, the restaurant is unsanitary. I had breakfast at the hotel and was down with food poisoning before lunchtime.

Останавливались в этом отеле в начале июня с мамой и дочкой. Очень приятный персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Вкусна еда, единственное замечание - не всегда хватало свободной посуды и не пополнялась еда на завтраке.
В номере всегда хорошо убирали, везде чисто.
Туалетные принадлежности пополнялись своевременно.
Кондиционер работал исправно.
Рекомендуем этот отель.
