An extremely unpleasant hotel

Just mistaken, like all my stuff was packed and taken out, evicted... extremely unpleasant. Not recommended. Oh, yeah, hotel, far from downtown. There's nothing to do in it. No good, no good. Tour operators work with him... but the hotel doesn't deserve a single positive review. I recommend that you do not consider the hotel as a place of residence

I loved this place. Staff were so friendly (like everywhere else in Uzbekistan) and prompt every time we needed help. Perfectly clean with huge rooms, conveniently located. Highly recommended. If you use Yandex app be aware that the taxi will not bring you to the main entrance but behind hotel which is confusing to driver as well.

Overall, a solid option with room for improvement

A small, well-located hotel in central Tashkent with reasonably clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even arranging a light breakfast with coffee and some cereal for our very early 5:30 AM departure, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast coffee was particularly good. The Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, it seemed the hotel was either understaffed or unprepared for our arrival. Despite requesting a quiet room in advance, we were given one right next to the reception area, which was quite noisy during the night and made it difficult to sleep. Only one towel was provided for two guests, which was an inconvenience.
