Mixed impressions due to high price

Globally, the hotel left very positive experiences: friendly staff, large spacious rooms with interesting design and city views with full wall windows, comfortable bed, pleasant blanket, strong pressure of hot water in the shower. Noise insulation is good, there was no noise at night. Location - far from the center, but in a quiet and safe business district. Nearby, I found the delicious Granier coffee shop and the good (but very expensive!) restaurant La Estancia.
I'll note a decent breakfast: the choice was small, but everything was basic (three types of juice, toast, butter, jam, croissants, good coffee, very delicious empanadas cakes with cheese (just delicious!), oatmeal, eggs, sausages, beans, chicken in spices, corn tortillas arepa, two types of cheese, two types of sausage). It was full and delicious.
Now for what didn't like. I find the price inflated: $110 for a hotel for one with breakfast for Latin America is too much. In Colombia, where I'm often on business trips, such a hotel costs $70-80, but no more than 100! And Colombia is sort of more developed than Venezuela, with better service and infrastructure.
But what didn't please me at all was that I was offered a 50% surcharge on my early check-in at 10:00 a.m. I can understand, 50%, if I arrived at night. But in 4 hours - it's no good!! Absolutely no customer orientation!!!! As a result, the hotel cost $160, which is absolutely beyond the price!!
And if you take that kind of money, be prepared for the higher demands of me as a client: the front door is not tight, the light comes out of the hallway at night; you can't turn off the intake ventilation, it blows on the bed, it's not comfortable; there are big dirty spots on the carpet, it's unacceptable for that kind of money...
In general, we should either reduce the price or improve the quality...

Very good hotel with beautiful views

Located in a shopping area and close to some attractions, several shops and restaurants nearby, the reception was normal, fast, the room super spacious, comfortable, modern, very good cleanliness, the bed and pillows very well, with a very nice panoramic view of Caracas and Cerro Avila, the varied buffet breakfast with traditional and American options, was very good, we felt comfortable and safe.

Awesome view of the city and the mountain, well located although at night the area is a bit lonely, would still recommend it was cleaned and had a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Good option if you go on business

Spacious room, the view from the room very nice, comfortable beds, in good cleanliness and good location, excellent service.
However some details need to be corrected the air conditioning started leaking on the bathroom ceiling.
The bathroom did not have a hair dryer or a clothes iron.
